Although my first degree was in biochemistry, I had a great love for young children and was driven by a passion to deliver quality education to young children. Thus, I went back to school to do a degree in Early Childhood Education. I then taught in a private kindergarten in Singapore where I was Head Teacher until I joined Acacia Rise.

I bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom and more importantly I have empathy and the ability to guide each child in a way that respects the child as I guide them to grow.

In the years that I have been guiding children in Acacia Rise, I have found immense joy and satisfaction in every small achievement that the children have made. My belief that children are active learners and are able to problem solve for themselves in a dynamic environment when given the correct level of scaffolding has led to the children in Acacia Rise showing improvements in all areas of their development.
